Shipping Policy:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Production times may increase slightly during peak seasons (November–December). Will notify you of any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

US orders are printed and shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, or DHL (depending on package size and destination)

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Germany

  • France

  • Etc.

International orders are printed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Guangzhou, China.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days after processing

  • Total time from order to delivery: Approximately 3–6 weeks

Please Read Carefully for International Orders:

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may pause once the package leaves China and will reappear once it reaches your country's postal system (e.g., Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post).

  • Phone number required: A valid mobile phone number is required at checkout for international shipping. Local couriers may need to contact you for delivery.

  • No expedited shipping: We currently do not offer expedited or express international shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important for international customers: Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT fees imposed by your country's government.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • You are responsible for paying these fees to release your package from customs.

  • We cannot predict what these fees will be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

  • We cannot mark international orders as "gift" or lower declared values to bypass customs. This is illegal and violates shipping regulations.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund your product cost but not the original shipping fee. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Domestic (US): If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us at shadobrand212@gmail.com.

  • International: If your package has not arrived within 35 business days of shipping, please contact us at shadobrand212@gmail.com.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate. Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis only after the shipping carrier confirms the package is lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship it.
